I just returned from Baltimore, maryland, but in California celebrity news, according to LAPD officer Bruce Borihanah, actor Tom Sizemore, who has been in numerous films including ‘Heat’, ‘Guilty by Suspicion’, ‘Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man’ and ‘Saving Private Ryan’, and that one about a car accident, has been detained following a possible domestic altercation. All in all, he was arrested and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence and has been held on $20,000 bail. This is Sizemore’s second arrest for domestic violence and the actor has also been arrested on drug related charges in the past. He is of course innocent untill proven guilty in a court of law.
Sizemore age 47 was said to have been taken into custody at approximately 9:30 p.m. and the incident took place in the 100 block of Beaudry Avenue located near downtown Los Angeles, California according to police spokesmen Chris No. More California News can be found here. The domestic altercation was with his fiancé, who declined to be treated by ambulance personnel that responded to the location of the incident, according to the Los Angeles Police Department spokesman. On the whole, this is not Sizemore’s first brush with the court system, although it could be an accident. Speaking od that if you require atop Baltimore accident lawyer
I do suggest this particular firm. In his conviction Sizemore was sentenced to six months in jail that the sentence was postponed, so that the actor could attend drug treatment. According to spokesman Chris No, the authorities received an emergency call by Sizemore’s fiancé’s nephew, after which Sizemore was taken into custody at a Los Angeles house. Oh well I am sure has a great lawyer overall. California has it’s share of all kinds, does it not. Same old news.

American Idol Star Tragically Killed
In Tragic television/entertainment news, American Idol star 25 year old Alexis Cohen, who lived in the steel town of Allentown, which is not a lot different than Tacoma, Washington in all reality, has died in a very tragic hit and run accident close to Seaside Heights at the Jersey Shore. All in all, the driver who fled the scene of the crime in a car and was eventually arrested and charged with second degree manslaughter after the severe car accident has been identified as Daniel Bark age 23 a resident of Toms River.
As it turns out, Superior Court Judge Wendell E. Daniels said that he fully anticipates that there will be some further charges filed against Bark, and these may even include the serious crime of aggravated manslaughter, death by automobile as well as eluding the authorities in question in his car after the accident. He had better have a great lawyer. Along with the new charges bail could be set at $150,000 in addition to the $35,000 dollars bail that is currently keeping Bark in jail. Now, if you need a wonderful Washington accident lawyer I can suggest this law group, they are great and can also help with personal injury cases as well as those car accident cases over there in Washington he is a top lawyer. Bark is set to appear in an Ocean County court and if convicted, he will face up to at least 15 years in prison. Cohen could have used a Armored Car or some other armored vehicle. I noticed that a lot of celebrities are using the armored cars these days.
According to Cohen’s mother, her daughter was walking to get something to eat at the time she was struck and was later found by two people passing the area on Bay Boulevard close to Dupont Avenue at approximately 4:00 a.m. Cohen was later pronounced dead at Community Medical Center in Toms River at 6:35 a.m. having suffered head, chest and abdominal injuries. All in all this reminds me of an accident that happened in the state of Washington a while back.

Daughter of Billy Bob Thornton out of Jail
Just got back in Washington by car after almost getting into a car accident, unfortunately. In criminal defense related news, according to various mainstream media articles, the daughter of Billy Bob Thornton (isn’t he from Missouri) is out of the slammer on $279,000 bail after being arrested on alleged murder charges, aggravated child abuse plus aggravated manslaughter in the death of a young kid. All in all, Thornton’s daughter, who is twenty-nine years of age, Amanda Brumfield was arrested around 3 months ago when the police believed her story had some flaws in it in the death of a 1 year old girl who she was babysitting for when the child died last year. I guess she will need a good criminal defense lawyer, none of this sounds like an accident to me, it could be criminal but the parties are innocent untill proven guilty..
For their part, the medical examiner’s office said that they suspected the baby may have died as a result of homicide, and according to the police the victim had what may be (allegedly) head injuries. Brumfield was released Friday from an Orange County Florida jail after posting the $279,000 bail, according to reports. while she is of course innocent untill proven guilty I have to ask, are there any celebrity kids who are not in some way completely messed up? There have been no reports of when Brumfield’s first hearing has been set for and there have been no comments from Brumfield, her attorney or Billy Bob Thornton’s representatives. Speaking of that subject, should you need a winning Washington criminal lawyer do consider this firm, can help with a wide array of accident and criminal defense related cases overall. I have noticed a trend lately of some actors purchasing an Armored Car, Armored Sedans plus related kinds of armored vehicles. As an aside if you require an Armored Ford, an Armored Toyota, or similiar types of Armored Car and Armored Luxury Vehicles then may I suggest Execarmor. On the whole they tend to specialize in bulletproof glass, Armored Suburban vehicles and the like.

Former Might Morphan Power Ranger Star Charged
In more bizarre celebrity legal headlines, TMZ is reporting that the police in Huntsville, Alabama handcuffed a Former Mighty Morphin Power Ranger. Walter Jones played power ranger Zack Taylor. All in all, he was arrested for DUI on Sunday night. He was recently written out of the power ranger television series midway through season number two. This was allegedly because of various disagreements over his earnings and fees. As an aside if you live near the Windy City and could use a powerful Chicago dui lawyer then I humbly recommend Mathew Miller. He is quite simply one best Chicago dui lawyer around. In other headlines, a Baltimore County Republican Central Committee chairman called for the resignation of County Councilman Sam Moxley. Sam Moxely is a 4-term Democrat that was arrested on DUI charges in the City of Baltimore. All in all, he is facing his 2nd DUI offense in only 4 years. He is a fifty year old man; for his part, he was allegedly involved in a 4-car accident at around 1:20 a.m. Friday on West Franklin Street at North Pulaski Street. Mr. Moxley failed a field sobriety test and was the arrested and detained That must have been embarrasing for him. He later refused a Blood Alcohol Breathalyzer test. Yeah, like that is going to help him in court. It just makes him look more guilty of dui, in my opinion. Having said that, he is innocent untill proven guilty in a court of law.

Dreyfuss claims that the U.S.needs to improve Children’s Education
I just returned from Oahu to search for some real estate property and wanted to comment on this story: In a public speach in Bar Harbor in the state of Maine, high profile film actor Richard Dreyfuss has said that the United States is basically cheating kids by not teaching children civics from kindergarten through their teen year at school. This is especially true on Oahu, I might add.
All in all, he is a film actor and major activist who said that that each generation should be taught what the nation stands for and schools and students should require the tools and passion to lead the nation.
Incidentially if you have some Oahu Real estate and need some property service, management or perhaps some real estate in general, may I suggest this firm. They are based on Oahu, Hawaii and can help with a broad array of real estate type issues in the state.
The actor known for major films like ‘American Graffiti’, ‘Once Around’ and ‘What about Bob’ thinks that the United States is falling short in their education of kids and troubled teens in civics, and that the kids in general are not being prepared to become leaders and participants in the political system. I myself have tried to be active in the community in Oahu plus certain DHD boarding schools. In addition, in the future I might consider becoming involved in certain therapeutic boarding schools where troubled teens can go for some sort of relevent treatment. Dreyfuss has taken it as a mission to speak out urging that civics education be taught to children and teens. For his part, Dreyfuss believes that children today do not understand the political system workings and what the country stands for and states he is out to change that. By the way, Dreyfuss is not from Philadelphia himself or anywhere in pennsylvania but I beleieve Beverly Hills, some real good real estate over there I might add.

Los Angeles hurler detained for DUI offense
I just returned from a nice trip to San Diego and thought that I would get to the blogging: According to various media reports, Ronald Belisario, who is a middle relief pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers, was detained on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
It is obviously major because he could have triggered a car accident over there. I hope he has a good attorney.
All in all, this meber of the Dodger blue bullpen crew was pulled over by the Highway Patrol, states Officer Francisco Villalobos, at around 2:30 a.m. or so in the morning That is a great way to make sure you are fresh for the next day’s grueling game. The arrest in question happened near Pasadena. It seems that the Highway Patrol officers pulled him over after he was seen speaking on a mobile phone. Officers suspected the relief pitcher of being drunk and arrested him on the spot.
As an aside if you need a top notch San Diego Car Accident Attorney then I suggest the offices of Mark Blair. Now back to the mian story: The hurler was bailed out following being taken to the Pasadena Police Department and was at the Dodger Stadium Saturday afternoon for the game against San Diego. Club spokesmen Josh Rawitch stated the team has not confirmed the facts of the incident. Ned Colletti the Dodgers General Manager stated that it was disappointing that a member of the team might have been in violation of the law. There is no further information available about the Saturday morning incident or if Belisario has been charged.

Celebrity PI Anthony Pellicano Sentenced; Coolio issues Plea
I just got back home from the lovely San Jose region and had some news to share: Celebrity P.I. Anthony Pellicano was sentenced in a rather bizarre case for heading a criminal scam, allegedly to wiretap the telephone lines of certin celebrity clients who will remain nameless so as to blackmail them, according to certain media report. In addition, he was charged with bribing law enforcement officers aslo. For all of this 9alleged) serious criminal activity, he received a very stiff fifteen year sentence. Very brutal. While on the topic, if you need a San Jose Criminal Attorney then might I recommend this particular online source. Meanwhile, in other California related celebrity criminal and legal news, the Rapper known as Coolio pled guilty in a Los Angeles court to avoid jail time and opted for an 18-month drug rehabilitation program. The rapper had originally pleaded not guilty and faced up to three years in prison. This stems from a March arrest at the Los Angeles International Airport where he allegedly was in the possession of cocaine and smoking paraphernalia according to the LAX Police Department. During the arrest, the rapper (whose real name is Artis Leon Ivey) got into a scuffle and was charged with resisting arrest along with the possession.

Rihanna Allegedly A Bad Neighbor
I just returned from the volcanic big island of Hawaii (wow some great real estate up yonder), which is a world away in a grounded sense from the following holly-weird story: According to reports, Rihanna is allegedly a bad neighbor that could be headed to court for the accusation.
A lawsuit has been filed by Rihanna’s neighbor Christian Moeller, claiming the 21 year old singer is not an ideal neighbor. Moeller claims that cars visiting the singer park on his property, including car hired by her that sometimes wait hours, causing him to file suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against her and the owner of the house she rents. I am sure it some prime real estate for star like that.
The Hollywood Hills home is rented by Rihanna and owned by Stephen Yacobian who recently remodeled the home, which eliminated any parking. This caused limos and other vehicles to park on Moeller’s property for what he claims is hours at a time. Turning his yard into Rihanna’s parking lot, with cars using his driveway as a turn around spot. Switching gears for a moment, want to give a fast plus for Sotheby’s big island real estate as they do a great job and they have been working on the said big island for quite a while overall. Now back to the main story:
Moeller’s suit claims this is an invasion of his privacy and that he has a security camera installed to prove the trespass and invasion of privacy, among other claims. The singer is known for her flamboyant lifestyle and her contemporary jewelry including her jewelry. Yacobian has stated that Moeller’s case is without merit, but did not elaborate until he speaks with his attorney. There have been no comments from Rihanna’s representatives about the suit filed by Moeller.

Lindsay lohan may be in trouble again over alleged stolen Jewelry
More drama from the mad mad world of Hollywood, this time with an english twist): According to various mainstream reports Lindsay Lohan is evidently wanted for questioning by the investigative agency Scotland Yard (which is similiar to our Federal bureau of Investigation) of Great britain following the mysterious disappearance of around a half million bucks in jewelry which was part of a modeling shoot. it’s strange that Lindsay is just never making the news these days, ha ha. In any case, the Investigators in question are trying to find her (to question her, not arrest her) after the jewelry was used in a photography session shoot for Elle Magazine with the actress. Following that particular session, the jeweler there apparently determined that the jewelry was missing. It should be noted that even if she is arrested for the crime, she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. All in all, the representatives for the magazine have stated they have no knowledge where the missing jewelry might be. It is also reported that Lohan’s representatives have not responded to the jeweler or to the magazine editors. At this point in time, it is not clear if the missing items were leather, wood, silver, gold chains, diamond hoops or Techno Master Watches. For that matter, it could have been cufflinks or even handmade jewelry.
In any event, it was almost certainly designer jewelry, I would be willing to bet, with that kind of cost.
As it stands now, it should be said that Scotland Yard has made pretty clear that the actress is only wanted for questioning, and that there are a number of various persons of interest who are on their radar. Scotland Yard generally has awell-earned reputation for being thorough. All in all, this is certainly not the only situation in which Lohan has been involved with missing items. There is so much bling bling jewelry floating out there these days such as Ladies diamond ring, techno master watches, gold chains and Necklaces, 10k Gold Pendants and also Diamond G Shock Watches to name just a few items. For instamce, the high profile designer Louis Vitton will not work with her anymore, following a specific incident in which samples of clothing were used for a photo sessions turned up lost or missing. Lohan according to a stylist’s assistant placed them in her bag several different times. The assistant repeatedly took them out and at the end of the shoot Lohan walked out with them.

Actor’s house being publicly auctioned
In yet another sad indication of the current economic mess that we are in, actor Stephen Baldwin’s foreclosed house in New York state will be publicly auctioned. As it now stands, he acquired the said home for $515,000 and it is about 1.4-acres in size. It is situated over in Rockland County and was originally acquired way back in 1997, back when his acting career was somewhat hotter. He tried to sell the house several years ago to no avail. Broadly speaking, the credit crises has made refinancing quite difficult. Sadly for them, county court records confirm that he and his wife defaulted on almost a million dollars in payments to their mortgage holder. That mortgage holder in question is the Bankers Trust Company (isn’t that the name of all of them?). The bank auction is set to begin on June 24. They might have offered some sort of credit counseling first. A spokesperson for the actor could not be reached at this time. The actor has starred in movies such as the comedy “Bio-Dome” with Pauly Shore, and the mob drama “The Usual Suspects” starring Kevin Spacey as a Hungarian gangster. More recently, he has appeared on reality tv programs like “The Celebrity Apprentice” starring Donald Trump and “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” As if this little news story, symbolic as it may be, is not a bad enouph economic and housing indicator, it was recently reported that de-facto “bank ownership” is at an all-time high and owner equity is at an all-time low. That is a very troubling statistic indeed. Stephen Baldwin might have benefited from some credit counseling After all, sometimes something as simple as debt consolidation can help to solve a problem like this.
At the end of the quarter one 2009, the equity portion in houses was only 41.4% of their complete value. To put this another way, the mortgages outstanding on all homes in the country were 58.6% of their complete value. Stephen Baldwin is part of a large acting family. His brother Daniel is mostly a television actor while his brother Alec has had a long and successful career in films like ‘The Getaway’, ‘Miami Blues’, ‘The Shadow’, ‘The Hunt for Red October’, ‘Glengarry Glen Ross’ and ‘The Juror’ to name just a few. His other brother William has also had a relatively successful film career starring in movies like the 1991 firefighter thriller ‘Backdraft’ co-starring Kurt Russell and Robert DeNiro.
