According to the warrant affidavit, Brooke Mueller Sheen was quoted as saying that her husband straddled her on a bed with one hand grasping her neck and the other holding the knife. She said he told her: “You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I’ll kill you. Your mother’s money means nothing…..”
Last Wednesday lawyers for the Sheens said the couple want to reconcile, despite the incident. Brooke Sheen’s attorney, Yale Galanter, told The Associated Press, “They’re very much in love. They want to try to work it out…..”Charlie Sheen’s attorney, Richard Cummins confirmed that his client wants to reconcil with his wife despite the domestic violence incident. It should be noted that even if she is arrested for the crime, she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. All in all, the representatives for the magazine have stated they have no knowledge where the missing jewelry might be. It is also reported that Lohan’s representatives have not responded to the jeweler or to the magazine editors. At this point in time, it is not clear if the missing items were leather, wood, silver, gold chains, diamond hoops or Techno Master Watches. For that matter, it could have been cufflinks or even handmade jewelry.
In any event, it was almost certainly designer jewelry, I would be willing to bet, with that kind of cost.
